The Yearbook of the Center for Popular Culture and Music "Lied und populäre Kultur“ (Song and Popular Culture) offers essays in the field of Popular Culture and Music as well as a comprehensive review section. This traditional magazine of the house was founded in 1928 by John Meier and was published until 1999 under the title "Jahrbuch für Volksliedforschung" (Yearbook for Folk Song Research).

The yearbook of the ZPKM is published by Knut Holsträter and Michael Fischer.
